Nordheide

The section through the Nordheide is characterised by forest tracks and stretches of heathland. Shortly after Buchholz, you reach Brunsberg (129 m) and the picturesque Büsenbach Valley. The E1 continues on to the vicinity of the Seeve spring and finally into the Lüneburg Heath nature reserve with its characteristic heathland, the picturesque village of Wilsede and Wilseder Berg (169 m). 

Further on, the E1 leads to the source of the Luhe and past the Lönsstein to Müden.
