Stage description
After leaving Dörpstedt heading south, the route mostly runs parallel to drainage canals across many fields all the way to the charming village of Bergenhusen. There you’ll find a church and typical half-timbered houses. Continuing across fields, you reach the B202, which you cross. Then follow the old railroad embankment to Erfde, where there is a small supermarket. After Erfde, leave the L172 and walk in a wide arc near the Eider River to Pahlen, where you cross the Eider. Overall, there is a lot of pavement on this stage!
