Stage description

Today’s walk takes you through a beautiful beech forest, mainly along paths and old cart tracks. The route is easy to follow. At I Gioghetto, take Trail 70 to the Eremo di Camaldoli. The site is open to visitors. The route climbs again along Trail 74 to Prato alla Penna. The route now continues along the GEA to Passo dei Fangacci. From here, it descends alongside a lovely stream to the Capanno restaurant, where you can stop for a meal. The route continues to Badia Prataglia, which offers a range of accommodation options.
